The Pavilion Café is now open for business again, under the auspices of Access Community Trust, a charity that supports adults and young people with housing, employment, mental health and wellbeing.
Situated on Kingston Fields alongside the tennis club, the café is being run in partnership with Woodbridge Town Council. The Pavilion also provides training and support for people through volunteering opportunities, skills development and work experience. It also houses a community corner, a helpful and usable space, where other agencies and local community groups are welcome to use the facility and display information on their services for those in need.
Throughout the winter months the café underwent a comprehensive refurbishment programme and is now open every day from 9.30am to 4pm (last café orders at 3.30pm, with takeaway service available until close). It offers a range of speciality coffees and hot drinks, alongside tasty treats and a wide range of food options – see the full menu here. Furthermore, the café will soon be offering an external buffet service, which caters for personal and corporate occasions in surrounding areas.
